Pepsi has a new logo

I, for one, like it.

Apparently, the change was made only in the US. Here's how the new logo looks like on a Pepsi product. To me, it's clean, simple, and it comes as a good change, although I'm not so sure a brand as big as Pepsi really needed a rebranding. Let's take Coca Cola. How many logo changes has it had? That's right.

And here's a Pepsi logo history.

Not so sure your boss will like it, though. Be careful in these times! ;)

Great ideas are *that* simple

Here's a device we could all use: the mobile phone holder, very handy when you're charging your beloved gadget[s] - mobile phones, media players, PDAs etc.

Provides support for your mobile phone and convenient storage for the charging cord and it is available in red, white, black, pink, light orange, or lime. If you live in the USA, Germany or the UK, you can order it online for $6,50.

Nice, except for this last detail. I wish I could buy it, but hey, maybe it's better this way - cause at delight.com they also have nice bags.

The phone holder is available here.

Meat flavored (!) body spray

Burger King launches a perfume. OK, stranger things have happened. But wait! This is no ordinary perfume!

The WHOPPER sandwich is America's Favorite burger. Flame by Burger King captures the essence of that love and gives it to you. Behold the scent of seduction, with a hint of flame-broiled meat.

So it basically makes you smell like you just cooked 100 burgers in your kitchen [cause if you were cooking them in your backyard, you wouldn't smell like that]. I still hope this is a bad joke. People can't be this stupid!

You can buy it here.

Contaier homes

Apparently, container houses and mobile homes have replaced spacious city homes. That's the first I've heard of people actually living in containers!

"The 2+ Weekend House is a container house with a difference - it's made with containers manufactured expressly for housing (vs. cargo containers)". Right. And that makes it hip, I suppose.

"The 2+ is a two-level mini housing unit composed of two stacked containers perpendicular to each other. The upper container provides a projecting roof above the entrance and also serves to shelter the back terrace. The ceiling of the bottom container is the terrace on the first floor. By enabling its occupants to coshape their compound unit according to their particular needs, ConHouse takes after the inventive automobile industry, where car owners can choose the components they desire, and after the IKEA-developed winning recipe of interior design".

Well, it's not that bad.

Wii versus Playstation 3

Dearest Santa,

I know it's early, but here's what I was thinking: in order to save you from the trouble of shopping around Christmas time [we all know how crowded the stores will get as soon as we hit December], you could start shopping online for me. That will save you a lot of trouble. Plus, you can make sure that you won't miss the "toy" that's numer one on my wishlist this year. Well, this winter. Or this week...

Here it is: a very "sexy" USB flash from Canyon. Well, all of their USB storage stuff looks great, but I fell in love with the green striped one. So... when you decide it's time to get it for me, here's the address you'll need. Hey, that's quite cheap, you know!

No, I don't believe in Santa, and no, this is not a paid post. But I really, really love the Canyon FD1.

If the global crisis continues, by the end of the year, only two Banks will be operational, the Blood Bank and the Sperm Bank Logically.... Those 2 banks will merge and will be called 'The Bloody Fucking Bank'.
